....a few more Curvy Keepsake Boxes

Good afternoon!  Boy has this day gotten away from me!  I went out this morning...intending to be gone for about an hour....four hours later I'm finally home again!  YIKES!  I'm so behind!

I have a couple more of my Curvy Keepsake Boxes to share with you today!  I told you a while back that my 12 year old son, Adam, wanted me to do the "COOL" emoji with the SHADES....so here I have it!

Looking back at it...I should have sponged the white on the top of the sunglasses instead of drawing it with my white Stampin' Chalk Marker...but I had already taken the picture...and haven't had a chance to play today...

Here's what he looks like on my phone....my son LOVES him!!

I also wanted to use the bee that I created for my BEE MINE Curvy Keepsake Box....so I thought...let's BEE HAPPY!  The HAPPY is stamped with the Hello Life stamp set.

I still have a LONG LIST of Curvy Keepsake Boxes that I want to make...I won't bombard you with them...but I will keep 'em coming!

I thank you all for following along on my blog!  It means so much to me that you take the time to see what I've been up to in my workshop!

THANKS BUNCHES FOR STOPPING BY!!!
See ya again tomorrow!!
Have a FANTASTIC rest of your day!

Lotus Blossom

Hey there!  It's HUMP DAY!!!  Hope it's a GREAT one!  I'm heading out to have breakfast with two of my boys....so I have a QUICK card to share with you! EVERYONE loves the new Lotus Blossom stamp that you can get free with a $50.00 purchase....so here's a quick card we made at one of my workshops this month.

I mounted a piece of Painted Blossom's designer paper onto a piece of Mossy Meadow cardstock, punched a tag with the Tag Topper Scalloped punch on which I stamped the Lotus Blossom in Crushed Curry and So Saffron.

It's a BEAUTIFUL stamp set...I can't wait to play with it some more.

I wanted to share something that I found on Stampin' Connection...a site for demonstrators. It was created by a demonstrator from Australia named Veronica Kettle....I hope it will inspire you to play around with this stamp!

Have a BEAUTIFUL day!
Thanks for stopping by!

HAPPY STAMPING!

Ladybugs Galore

Good Morning!  Happy Tuesday....do you realize February is almost over?  Time sure is flying by!

Today I want to share a few LADYBUG Curvy Keepsake Boxes with you! Although it is only 23 degrees here this morning....spring has been in the air here in my little mountain town!  The iris's are blooming already, the daffodils are popping out...and my tulips are starting to peak through the soil.....so I've been thinking LADYBUGS!

I made the flower by punching a piece of designer paper with the Fun Flower Punch.  The Ladybug was punched with the 1" and 1 1/4" circle punches.

This one is my favorite.....

These ladybugs were made using the
1 1/8" and 1 3/4" circle punches. Aren't they cute?!

I'm deciding on what to add to these two...maybe some greenery...or a simple hello...share your ideas by commenting below!!!

Thanks for stopping by today!
ENJOY YOUR DAY!

Unicorn Curvy Keepsake Box

Good Morning MONDAY!  It's a beautiful day...the sun is shining..it's a bit nippy...but BEAUTIFUL!  I hope you had a WONDERFUL WEEKEND!   My son, Seth is home for a short visit...my son Trevor was home for the weekend....life is good!   I don't get to see my adult kids enough and I sure TREASURE it when I do!

I originally had a card to share with you, but this weekend, my son Erik's girlfriend was going to a birthday party for her niece.  The party was UNICORN themed so I made a Curvy Keepsake box for her!  I just love how it turned out!

I made her just as I made my horse, using the large oval punch and the owl punch.  I added some bling and a horn made from glimmer paper.  I had some pink pearlized minature whopper like candies that I put inside...DELIGHTFUL!

I made a few more boxes...but I also have some cards to share...so I'll mix it up a bit this week! BE SURE TO CHECK BACK!

Life is only traveled once; today's moment becomes tomorrow's memory.
Enjoy every moment!

Have a nice day.

Butterfly Thinlits

I'm so thankful that it's Friday!  I'm one day closer to seeing my son, Seth!  He flies into Sacramento tomorrow and my oldest son, Trevor will be driving him home!  Seth is working for a welding company that travels all over the U.S. and it's been a couple of months since I've seen him...so I CAN'T WAIT!

I have a card to share with you today that I made with the BEAUTIFUL Butterflies Thinlit Dies!  I have more to come...but I hope you enjoy this one!  It's just a simple card...no sentiment...blank inside...you can use your FAVORITE designer paper.  I punched the small butterfly with the Elegant Butterfly punch and added a few Basic Pearls and some simple White 1/4" Cotton ribbon!  I ABSOLUTELY love it!  I think it would make a great card to put in a pack of cards...maybe 12 or so...with several different colors of designer paper and butterflies!  I guess I better get BUSY!

I hope you enjoy your weekend!  I know I will!  THANKS SO MUCH FOR STOPPING BY!

HAVE A GREAT ONE!

Build a Bouquet

HELLO!  HAPPY DAY to you all!  It's been so beautiful here in my little mountain town!  Even though I know we need snow and rain DESPERATELY....I sure am enjoying this terrific weather we are having!

I have another card to share with you today that I made with the large petal in the Build a Bouquet stamp set!  I love how it looks like a painting (well...it does in person)  It's a simple clean card.  The sentiment is from the Kinda Eclectic stamp set...another set I LOVE!  That is where the little butterfly came from!  The colors I chose are Pool Party, Basic Black, Hello Honey, Whisper White and Tangerine Tango.

Thanks a bunch for stopping by today!  I love that you take time out of your day to check in and see what's going on in my world!  I hope someone shares a little kindness with you today...and that you will pass it on!

14 Days of LOVE - DAY THIRTEEN!

HAPPY FRIDAY!!  My kiddos have a four day weekend so we are off to see grandma!  Before I leave I have an adorable little box to share with you!

I totally hate the word FREAKIN'...but I LOVE this sentiment!  It is from the Yippee Skippee stamp set!  To make the box, I started with a 2 x 10 piece of cardstock...scored it on the long side at 4 and 5 1/4 inches.  I then cut two more pieces of cardstock and scored them at 2 and 2 1/4 inches and scored them at 1/2" and 1 3/4"...these are the sides.  I punched both ends of the 2 x 10 piece of paper with a tag topper punch, added some designer paper from the Stacked With Love paper stack, added a glimmer heart and the sentiment!  FUN and EASY project!

Tomorrow is the last day of my 14 Days of LOVE projects...I hope you'll join me for the FINALE!

ENJOY YOUR DAY....it is a BLESSING!

14 Days of LOVE - DAY TWELVE

Good morning!  GOSH...this week is FLYING by!  I have been so BUSY!  I had a workshop Monday night, a family birthday dinner for my 10 year old Tuesday night, a Wednesday morning workshop...and today is the day my kids celebrate Valentines day at school because they are off on Friday and Monday!  TALK ABOUT FLYING BY THE SEAT OF MY PANTS!

These cute pillow boxes came from Clearbags just like the box from yesterday.

I used a strip of the Stacked With Love designer paper for the band, added a glimmer heart and
for the sentiment I used the Hello Life and You Plus Me stamp sets, both in the Occasions Catalog.

I filled them with M&M's....who doesn't like M&M's?  Another hit at my house!!

I want to also share a couple of Valentine's Day cards I made...just for FUN! You know I LOVE the Hardwood background stamp and the Woodgrain embossing folder....here is what I came up with!

Hey there!  Sorry for the late post...I had a workshop down in Redding today and just got home!  It was a great class...with great ladies!  It's always FUN to see them and spend some time with them!  I have a really easy and quick treat to post today!
I found these cute little clear, rectangular boxes online at Clearbags and filled them with some small heart candies from the grocery store.

The sentiment is from the Snuggles and Smooches stamp set.  I added some ribbon and a couple of candy dots...my kiddos and my hubby LOVED it!  It would be REALLY cute with some candy coated sunflower seeds for a summer treat!

Here is the stamp set...SO CUTE!

14 Days of LOVE - DAY TEN

Hello my dear crafting friends!  Today is my daughter's 10th birthday...I have been up since 4:15am...making cinnamon rolls for her birthday breakfast!  Oh it smells delicious....it's so hard not to eat them!  I have another goody box for you today!  It holds one or two Ghirardelli Chocolates....my husband LOVES the Dark Chocolate Raspberry ones...so that's what I gave him!

To make this box you will need a piece of cardstock or designer paper...(I used a piece of the Stacked With Love) that measures 3 1/4" x 6 1/2".  You will score it on the long side at
2 1/2", 2 7/8", 5 3/8", and 5 3/4 ".  Turn your paper to the short side and score at 3/8" and 2 7/8".  I added some of the new White Jute Ribbon with a silver bow.  The sentiment is from the Banner Banter stamp set and is stamped in Real Red.  Simple and cute...and best thing is my husband LOVES it!

I also wanted to share a really cute card that I made yesterday after being inspired by a really cute wooden project I saw on Pinterest!

HERE IS MY INSPIRATION!

and
HERE IS MY CARD!

I just LOVE it!

14 Days of LOVE - DAY NINE

HERE WE GO AGAIN...another week has begun!  I hope you thoroughly enjoyed your weekend!  We have had so much rain that our lake has risen 6 feet!  I heard that if it rained like this for an entire month...it would fill our lake!

I have a cute little gift holder today that I made using the Envelope Punch Board.
I started with a 5 X 5 piece of Pool Party cardstock and scored and punched at the 2" mark on the Envelope Punch board.  Then I turned it to the next side, lined it up on the score line, punched and scored....I did that on all four sides then folded it up and adhered it.  I did not fold the top down, but rounded the tip and punched a hole for a piece of ribbon.

The Real Red band is 6 1/4" X 1 1/2". I ran it through the Happy Heart textured embossing folder and then attached it to the treat holder, added a button and some burlap twine, stamped a sentiment with the Just Sayin' stamp set and put a Hershey's chocolate treat inside.

EASY and QUICK!

Have a MARVELOUS MONDAY!
Come see me again tomorrow...

14 Days of LOVE - DAY EIGHT

Good Morning!  Today's project is so FUN, EASY and CUTE!  I hope you LOVE IT!

I made this adorable bag with the Mini Treat Bags thinlit die.  It says mini...but it's not that small.  That's a FULL size candy bar in there!

I cut the bag and the hearts out at the same time by putting the strip of hearts thinlit where I wanted it on the bag (inside the bag thinlit) and ran it through my Big Shot.

After cutting the bag out, I added some Red Glimmer paper to the inside of the bag (behind the hearts) and I stamped the bottom of it with the Snuggles and Smooches stamp set...that is where the LOVE sentiment came from too!  I added some Stacked With Love Washi Tape, some 1/8" taffeta ribbon and a glimmer heart to the sentiment which I stamped in Memento Black ink.

I'm set it by the coffee pot, so he woke up to it today!  He knows he is LOVED!

Sweet Blessings to you this Sunday...ENJOY your family and friends today!

To love at all is to be vulnerable.

14 Days of LOVE - DAY SEVEN

HELLO...HELLO!  Happy February 7th!  Today I went to the second session of a marriage seminar (without my husband - he was called out for power outages) called Laugh Your Way to a Better Marriage by Mark Gunner.  It was incredible! We went last night as a couple, had a delicious tri-tip dinner, enjoyed a lot of laughing and learned so much!  Today was even better...I found it on Amazon and ordered the DVD to share with my kids...it would be so helpful to see before they get married!  All that...to tell you...that's why I'm a bit late in posting my DAY SEVEN project!

I used the Stacked With Love designer paper to make this cute little box. The paper stacks are PERFECT because you start with a piece of paper that measures  4 1/2" X 6 1/2 ".  This box holds 4-5 Reese's Peanut Butter Hearts.  Don't you just LOVE IT!

To make it you score on the longest side at the 1/2, 1, 2 3/4, 3 3/4, 5 1/2 and 6".  Then you turn it to the shorter side and score at 1 and 3 1/2".  The sentiment is from the You Plus Me stamp set.  Super EASY and super CUTE!  Not sure when my hubby will get his as he still isn't home...but he'll get it eventually!

Have a great rest of your Saturday!  I don't normally post on weekends, but will be posting DAY EIGHT tomorrow....so stop on by if you have time!

It's March 17th.......

Have a FANTASTIC day and ENJOY the corned beef & cabbage!
